This is the development version of webbioc; for the stable release version, see webbioc.

Bioconductor Web Interface

Bioconductor version: Development (3.18)

An integrated web interface for doing microarray analysis using several of the Bioconductor packages. It is intended to be deployed as a centralized bioinformatics resource for use by many users. (Currently only Affymetrix oligonucleotide analysis is supported.)

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("webbioc")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
