This is the development version of fmrs; to use it, please install the devel version of Bioconductor.

Variable Selection in Finite Mixture of AFT Regression and FMR

Bioconductor version: Development (3.12)

Provides parameter estimation as well as variable selection in Finite Mixture of Accelerated Failure Time Regression and Finite Mixture of Regression Models. Furthermore, this package provides Ridge Regression and Elastic Net.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("fmrs")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
