Cluster Merging for Flow Cytometry Data

Merging of mixture components for model-based automated gating of flow cytometry data using the flowClust framework. Note: users should have a working copy of flowClust 2.0 installed.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("flowMerge")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
