Make an R function available in the Galaxy web platform

Given an R function and its manual page, make the documented function available in Galaxy.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("RGalaxy")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
