Sequential Flow Cytometry Data Gating

This package provides tools for automated sequential gating analogous to the manual gating strategy based on the density of the data.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("flowDensity")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
