Various data sets for use with the FunciSNP package

Bioconductor version: 3.9

Data sets needed for FunciSNP to integrate information from GWAS, 1000genomes and chromatin feature, in order to identify functional SNP in coding or non-coding regions.

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("FunciSNP.data")
