R support for SBML, using libsbml

Bioconductor version: 3.9

Links R to libsbml for SBML parsing, validating output, provides an S4 SBML DOM, converts SBML to R graph objects. Optionally links to the SBML ODE Solver Library (SOSLib) for simulating models.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("rsbml")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
