PharmacOGenomics Ontology Support

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("pogos")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
