Methods for ranking genes based on convergent evidence obtained from multiple independent evidence layers. This package adapts three methods that are popular for meta-analysis.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("GenRank")
