Global visualization tool of genomic data

Package designed to visualize genomic data along the chromosomes, where the vertical chromosomes are sorted by number, with sex chromosomes at the end.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("chromPlot")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
