Help use collectl with R in Linux, to measure resource consumption in R processes

Bioconductor version: Release (3.17)

Provide functions to obtain instrumentation data on processes in a unix environment. Parse output of a collectl run. Vizualize aspects of system usage over time, with annotation.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("Rcollectl")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
