basilisk and hail

Bioconductor version: Release (3.17)

Use hail via basilisk when appropriate, or via reticulate. This package can be used in terra.bio to interact with UK Biobank resources processed by hail.is.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("BiocHail")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
