Simulation of ChIP-seq experiments

Bioconductor version: 3.16

A general framework for the simulation of ChIP-seq data. Although currently focused on nucleosome positioning the package is designed to support different types of experiments.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("ChIPsim")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
