R wrapper for the python openTSNE library

Provides an R wrapper for the implementation of FI-tSNE from the python package openTNSE. See Poličar et al. (2019) and the algorithm described by Linderman et al. (2018) .

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("snifter")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
