Light-Weight Methods for Normalization and Visualization of Microarray Data using Only Basic R Data Types

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("aroma.light")
