This package expands the usethis package with the goal of helping automate the process of creating R packages for Bioconductor or making them Bioconductor-friendly.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("biocthis")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
