Complexome Profiling Analysis package

This package is for analysis of SILAC labeled complexome profiling data. It uses peptide table in tab-delimited format as an input and produces ready-to-use tables and plots.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("ComPrAn")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
