Temporal and Multiplex PageRank for Gene Regulatory Network Analysis

Bioconductor version: Release (3.13)

Implemented temporal PageRank analysis as defined by Rozenshtein and Gionis. Implemented multiplex PageRank as defined by Halu et al. Applied temporal and multiplex PageRank in gene regulatory network analysis.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("pageRank")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
