QC Report Generation for affyBatch objects

Bioconductor version: Release (3.13)

This package creates a QC report for an AffyBatch object. The report is intended to allow the user to quickly assess the quality of a set of arrays in an AffyBatch object.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("affyQCReport")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
