Statistical Analysis of the GeneChip

A package for retrieval, preparation and analysis of data from the Affymetrix GeneChip. In particular the issue of identifying differentially expressed genes is addressed.

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("SAGx")
