RedeR is an R-based package combined with a stand-alone Java application for interactive visualization and manipulation of modular structures, nested networks and multiple levels of hierarchical associations.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("RedeR")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
